REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your DolphinNov. If you don’t, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unused, with all original packaging and accessories, in resaleable state. Items with significant damage caused by use are not eligible.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at partners@promptlayerlab.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and a return address.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong item.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Card networks may take additional time to post the refund to your statement.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives defective or we shipped the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Sale or clearance items, gift cards, and items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES

We exchange items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, follow the return process and we will ship a replacement once we receive the original.
