What we collect

Order information

Name, shipping address, email, phone number (optional), payment method. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other secure providers — we never see or store your card details.

Account information (optional)

If you create an account, we store your email, order history, and saved addresses.

Newsletter signup (optional, opt-in)

Your email address, if you choose to subscribe.

Analytics

Anonymous browsing data — pages visited, time on site, device type, country — via Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics 4.

Why we collect it

  • To process and ship your order
  • To handle returns, refunds, and customer support
  • To send order confirmation and shipping updates (transactional, always sent)
  • To send newsletters (only if you opted in)
  • To improve our website and products

Who we share it with

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) — name and address only, for delivery
  • Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe) — for processing payment
  • Email service provider (Shopify Email / Klaviyo) — for transactional and marketing email
  • Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) — anonymous data only
  • Reviews app (Judge.me) — review name and email if you choose to leave a review

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your rights

You can:

  • Request a copy of all data we hold on you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data (we retain order records for 7 years for US tax and legal compliance)
  • Opt out of marketing emails at any time (unsubscribe link in every email)
  • Object to certain types of processing

We use cookies to:

  • Remember your cart and preferences between visits
  • Process secure checkout
  • Measure traffic anonymously (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics)

Our legal basis for processing: performance of contract (order fulfillment), consent (marketing), and legitimate interest (analytics, fraud prevention).

Children

Our store is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a child, email us and we'll delete it.

Data retention

  • Order records: 7 years (US legal and tax requirements)
  • Marketing email: until you unsubscribe
  • Analytics: anonymized, retained per Google Analytics defaults (14 months)

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email to subscribers and on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top will change.
