We make small art for the most-looked-at canvas in your home — your fridge. If your magnet doesn't bring you joy, send it back.

Return window

30 days from delivery date.

Eligibility

  • Magnet in its original condition (small cosmetic wear from display is fine).
  • Original order confirmation email or order number.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@dolphinnov.com with your order number and which magnet you'd like to return.
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the magnet back. For orders shipped within the United States, we cover return shipping. International returns are paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund

  • Full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the magnet.
  • We do not refund the original shipping cost on free-shipping orders.

Damaged on arrival

If your magnet arrives broken, send a photo to hello@dolphinnov.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost — no return needed. Keep the broken one (or display it as "art with character").

Wrong item received

If we ship the wrong magnet, email us within 14 days. We'll send the correct item immediately at no cost.

Exchanges

We don't process exchanges directly. Return for refund, then place a new order — usually faster.

Custom orders

Currently we don't offer custom or personalized magnets. If we add this in the future, custom orders will be non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.
