We ship worldwide from our fulfillment location in Kalispell, Montana, United States.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of order placement, excluding weekends and US public holidays.

Delivery times begin when the carrier picks up your package (within 48 hours of order). They are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.
Free shipping
Orders over $40 USD ship free worldwide. Mix any 3+ magnets and you qualify automatically — no code needed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or other charges set by your country's customs authority. These are the buyer's responsibility and are paid to the carrier on delivery.
We declare all packages truthfully at their actual value. We cannot mark orders as "gift" to reduce duties.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days (US) or 21 business days (international), email hello@dolphinnov.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and reship at no cost if confirmed lost.
Wrong address
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, email us within 1 hour of ordering — once shipped we can't redirect. Returned packages due to wrong address can be reshipped at the buyer's cost.
Packaging
All orders ship in a recyclable wrapper inside a recycled card mailer with soy-ink labels.
